SHARE AT THE EXPO OF AWESOME.

The Expo of Awesome is a community event, and the goal of the event is to showcase the amazing learning opportunities from the many local organizations, educators, and STEAM professionals here in the Okanagan Valley.

If you and/or your organization is interested in sharing some awesome hands-on STEAM learning, connected to our theme around sustainability, with youth between the ages of 9-12, then you may want to present at this year’s event.

Before submitting a presentation proposal, here are some details you will want to consider:

• Learning sessions are 45 min in length
• There are 4 sessions throughout each day
• Presenters must present at all 4 sessions (you can repeat the same session 4 times)
• You could double up the morning and afternoon sessions to get more time (2x 90 min in length)
• You can choose to present on one day or both
  • Day 1 – SD23 attending (Wednesday May 29th)
  • Day 2 – SD22 attending (Thursday May 30th)
• Sessions should be engaging and hands-on
